Will the City charge user fees to members of the 3 new clubs for using or doing anything at the facilities we are donating? If so please explain what the fees will be and the basis on which they will be charged, and whether the situation will differ among the 3 new clubs.
The city will have a contract with each group. Based on the contract there is a fee structure in place that the group will pay, not the individual member. what your membership fee will be set at will be up to each individual group.
That's not the information I'm looking for. What are the fee structures for each group in the contracts? Are they the same for each group? I would like to know what the structures are and, especially, if they are equal among the three successor clubs. I think it's important for the arrangements to be equal among the three member groups, and I'm not clear, from the information provided so far, whether they are.
The structure is not the same for each group as each group is a little different . The Archery And Shooting group are similar but are a little different then the hatchery will be different. If you a looking for details for the group you will want to become a member with please contact the present director for information and they can offer you more information. . .
The City user fees for the use of the inside range are $15.51 per hour plus taxes. This applies only to the actual hours the range is in use. There are no charges for set up, take down or for time spent maintaining the range or targets. The outside archery range fees are $14.00 a year for the archery members using the facility.
I'll try again. WIll the new Hatchery Club or its members be charged money by the City to come onto the property for that club's activities? If so, what will the charges be? You clarified that the handgun and archery clubs are going to be charged to use the indoor range after we donate it to the City. For obvious reasons, fairness would suggest that members migrating to the hatchery club should be in a comparable position. I am beginning to wonder whether it can be the case that hatchery members are being put in a better position here. That would be unfair. I hope that's not the case. Please clarify.
please see the previous answer. it states uses fee's
That “previous answer” isn‘t really an answer to @rjberrow ’s questions. ALSO, your second “answer” completely ignores his questions re the hatchery.
