· FMV was never determined, or required, prior to the Donation Agreement negotiated with the City of Surrey.
· FMV is $4,720,000, including the land, buildings and contents and was determined by an accredited appraiser on staff with the City of Surrey, paid by the City, and shared with the SFGC negotiating team.
· There are no restrictive convenants/easements on the land. The Real Property of SFGC lies within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) which restricts its use and also impacts its FMV.

Please provide the reasoning through which the Presudent and Vice President determined that it was in the best interest of our club to not bother to find out the information.
