Range Schedule
The Indoor Range will be open on Monday and Thursday with the following time slots
o Mondays Time Slot: 7:00pm – 8:45pm Shooting Time
o Thursday Time Slot: 7:00pm – 8:45pm Shooting Time
The range Fee will be to $4.00 Adult & $3.00 Juniors
To reduce contact with physical forms of payment,
We are offering a prepaid Punch-Cards. This card will be for Adults 5 visits and cost $20.00 & Juniors 5 visits for $15.00
The club will keep all participant Punch-Cards on-site for future use and will track Punch-Card usage
IF you do not have a punch card you must have correct fee amount, we will not be dealing with handing out change.
The Club will only take cash or cheque.

Indoor Archery Range COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
THE CLUB IS OPEN FOR MEMBERS ONLY.
NO GUESTS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
All members MUST read and COMPLY TO the following updated RULES while visiting SFGC.
These policies will remain in effect until further notice.
DO NOT enter the property if you are showing ANY signs of COVID-19, even if symptoms are “mild”:
• Fever;
• Cough;
• Runny nose;
• Sore throat;
• Shortness of breath;
• If you have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
All participants will be required to undergo COVID-19 screening prior to entering the range.
Screening will include visual and verbal checks of each individual
Personal Distancing & PPE:
• All members are required to comply with physical distancing rules by practicing social distancing
and keeping six feet (two meters) away from one another at all times.
• There will be no sharing of any equipment (bows, arrows, tools, etc.) between non-household
members.
• Where there is a need to touch common areas, such as target faces / 3D targets, Antiseptic
Hand Sanitizer, wipes will be provided.
• face mask are recommended but and not mandatory by Athletes. (If you’re a spectator or parent supervising a junior you must wear a mask)
Range Capacity & Usage:
• All participants MUST be fully self sufficient and must have their own equipment.
• Club equipment can be made available but must be stated when booking your time slot and the participant will be required to clean and put it away when done.
• No instruction will be given at this time.
• The Indoor Range will have a maximum range capacity of 6 people (plus one range officer).
• In order to introduce fresh air into the range, the range exhaust fan will be turned on for all time
slots. As a result, the range may be cooler than usual so please dress accordingly.
• The Indoor Range will be divided into 3 Shooting Lanes.
o There will be a max 3 people at the shooting line. They will shoot 3 arrows step back to their waiting spot then the next 3 people will shoot their 3 arrows.
▪ When collecting arrows from the targets the Participants will be required to stand 6 feet away (2 meters) away from each other when collecting their arrows. (Only remove your own Arrows)
o Participants will be supplied a target. Target pins will be available but it is
recommended that participants supply their own target pins. (See participant
requirements for cleaning below).
o All targets must be removed & placed in the recycling bin after the participant is done
shooting.

Check-In:
• Check-In will be contactless. Upon arriving at the Check-In desk, participants will be
required to confirm their identity to the Range Officer and then will be assigned a Shooting
Lane and Waiting Location.
• Following Shooting Lane Assignment, the Participant will proceed directly to their Waiting
Location.
Payment:
The range Fee will be to $4.00 Adult & $3.00 Juniors

Entering and leaving the Building
• Set up your equipment at your car and do not bring your bow bag into range.
• Do not enter the building early for your shooting Time Slot.
• Always maintain a 2m Physical Distance while entering the building & range and wait in a spot
where anyone entering behind you is able to safely maintain Physical Distance.
• After you are done shooting, remove your target from the target bale, spray/wipe down your
target bale with bleach solution & place your used target it in the recycling bin.
• After cleaning up your target, please leave the range immediately.
• Please do not loiter in the parking lot for any longer than absolutely necessary. Vacate the
property as quickly as possible.
Cleaning Procedures:
• The cleaning schedule will include:
Floors Swept Daily.
Commonly touched Surfaces Wiped down at the start and end of night. (more often if required)
Equipment Wiped down at the start and end of night.
Door Knobs Wiped Regularly (every 10 min), while people entering or leaving.
Bathrooms Counters and sinks cleaned.
Bathrooms Floors Daily, or as needed
Bathrooms Toilets Daily, or as needed
• Participants will be required to sanitize their target bale and target pins before and after
shooting. Note it is recommended that participants bring their own target pins.
• It is recommended that all participants bring their own sanitizing equipment such as a diluted
bleach solution that meets BC CDC Standards (see document posted at range).
• If a participant does not bring their own sanitizing equipment, there will be diluted bleach
solution at the range for cleaning.
Spectators:
• The maximum range capacity of 6 people (plus one range officer) must be observed at all times.
• If a participant chooses to bring a spectator, they must pre-register the spectator. Except where
noted below, spectators will be considered a participant and must pay range fees because they
are taking the spot of an active participant.
• Junior participants under 16 years of age are required to have a guardian present at all times. Their parent or guardian will not have to pay the range fee.
Please respect other members.
If we all follow the rules, we will be able to operate safely and enjoy our sport.
All participants must follow these regulations and comply with the Range
Officer who is on duty. Failure to comply with any safety, personal distance, or
range capacity rule will result in an immediate suspension of your membership.
Range Rules may be updated at any time. Any changes will be posted at the range.

RANGE SPECIFICATIONS:
The Indoor Archery Range is located in the basement of the Main Building. The Range is 20 yards (18 meters) and equipped with 14 shooting lanes.

Crossbows are Not allowed in the indoor range.

SAFETY :
Range Officers are available to assist anyone in the safe operation of a bow, or crossbow. The Range Officers have the right to refuse anyone shooting privileges if unsafe behavior is observed. Please read the posted Range Rules and ask questions if you have a concern.
